Bridging the Gaps is honored to receive
Conquer Addiction’s 2025 Excellence in
Treatment Award. This distinction is given
to addiction treatment centers whose
post-treatment abstinence rates rank in
the top third of all applicants.
To earn this award in 2025, centers
needed to demonstrate that at least
46.4% of patients were reachable one
year post-treatment and had met their
drug and alcohol goals for the last 30
days. Bridging the Gaps achieved a 50%
one-year post-treatment abstinence rate,
reflecting our commitment to
measurable, effective care and the lasting
success of our clients.
